Ceramic Body Preparation is an important link in the process of ceramic production. It has a direct impact on the follow-up forming, trimming, glazing, transportation, baking processes etc. Dryness of the body is an important indicator having a direct impact on the quality and the yield. Increasing dryness of the body can effectively improve the strength of the body which can be achieved by using the composite reinforcing agent made from polymers by our company.

Product Characteristics:

1)       Enhancing the body strength, thus reducing cracks caused by pressing and transportation, greatly reducing the breakage rate of products.

2)       Speeding up the spray drying intensity, forming easily after drying.

3)       Can be added directly to the ceramic slurry making it highly volatile during roasting, creating non-residual components.

4)       It can be used to replace part of the melamine which will increase the fluidity of slurry, thus reducing the milling time.

Scope of Use:

Applicable to the rapid production of the large size tiles.

Method of Use:

Dilute with water in a certain proportion (generally 1:1) and mix thoroughly. Add to the interim can before spraying and use immediately. It is best to control the mixing time within one hour in general, controlling the amounts at 0.05 to 0.15 per cent according to the body requirements.
