Nickel Sulfamate Solution

Applications:
Our Nickel Sulfamate is a high-grade plating salt. Compare to other nickel baths, the coating derived is of higher tenacity and hardness with lower internal stress having superior ductility on connectors. Due to these special qualities, it is widely used in industries such as PCB, electronics, automobile, aviation, weaponry, coinage, metallurgy, nickel screen, wireless communication, color aluminum alloy, etc.

Product Introduction:
JHD's nickel sulfamate has a pure metallic nickel(Ni) content of up to 180±3.75 g/L.The product's extremely low impurity content greatly reduces metallic impurity accumulation in the bath.
Experience tells us that when the Cu2+ content in the bath reaches levels of 10~50ppm, Zn2+ reaching 20 ppm and Fe2+ reaching 30~50 ppm, the coating will develop excessive internal stress and becomes brittle.
Nickel plating is applied widely in the PCB industry as the substrate layer for noble and base metals. This can increase the wear resistance of some surfaces that are often exposed to heavy loads, such as switch contacts, contact pieces or plug-in units.
When used as a resistant layer, nickel can effectively prevent diffusion between copper and other metals. Nickel can also be used as the anti-corrosive coating of ammonia etchants.Dull nickel/gold composite coating is often used as an etching- resistant metallic coating, thermo-compression bonding and braze welding.
Due to the high deposition rate of nickel sulfamate baths, nickel sulfamate is often used to electroform a diverse range of components. Typical electroforming products include forming dies of plastic or synthetic parts, tags and plates etc. The precision levels of electroforming may reach below micron levels for Phono-records and laser disks.
