All functions are secure. While every click, keystroke, and page associated with order processing has always been secure, we have secured the entire site to eliminate any confusion about which areas are secure and which are not, and to lay the groundwork for future hardware upgrades.
- What payment methods are available in my order?
We only accept L/C at sight, 100% T/T and payment by Credit Card.
- When I place an order through the JHD Web site, how does my order get shipped to the correct location?
The information provided in your JHD Account profile determines your shipping location.
- Do I have to search the catalog - browsing from item to item - each time to "build" an order?
No. The JHD Web site features Rapid Order - this function is designed to save time when placing orders for items you frequently request. Rapid Order can be accessed from the homepage after you log on. Each time you create an order through the our Web site, your order history is recorded. When you begin ordering, our Web site features allow you to save order templates and countless hot list items, so that on return visits, you will not need to "rebuild" an order. The site will also let you edit and delete your saved templates and hot list items as often as needed.
